Toronto – Cinemavault is proud to announce sales on the horror film POKER RUN directed by Julian Higgins and produced by Bertie Higgins.

 

US Pay TV Rights have been sold to SHOWTIME while US DVD rights have gone to PHASE 4 FILMS. Pic has also been sold to VILLAGE for Greece, TIBERIUS for Germany, IDG for Poland, MERCURY INTERNATIONAL for France, FRONT ROW for the Middle East, ROSE MEDIA for Thailand, ETV for South Africa and DIGITAL PL & ATP for Turkey.

 

In the vein of “The Hitcher” and “Duel,” Poker Run tells the story of two suburban couples who decide to spice up their lives with the purchase of a set of stolen Harley Davidson motorcycles. Their dream trip turns into a nightmare when the couple hooks up with two other bikers who turn out to be psychopathic maniacs who abduct their women, and force them into a twisted game of cat and mouse.

 

In partnership with Vivendi, Cinemavault will release the DVD in Canada on September of this year after a premiere at the Rue Morgue Festival of Fear.
