Billy Hayes (Karl Geary) gets cold feet and runs off, leaving his bride, Bridget McGovern (Laura Fraser), waiting at the alter. When he eventually returns, hoping to pick up where he left off, he gets the shock of his life; Bridget is now engaged to another man!
